- Demonstrate appropriate workplace behavior, including punctuality, preparation for meetings, and professional communication standards.
- Apply basic ethical principles in workplace situations, including maintaining confidentiality, respecting boundaries, and responding appropriately to ethical concerns.
- Identify organizational hierarchy and reporting lines, and determine when and how to communicate or escalate issues appropriately.
- Assess their own professional readiness, identifying strengths, development areas, and specific behavior changes needed to function effectively in a corporate environment.
